Dr. Burkay Akduman earned his medical degree from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara in 2016, and completed his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital, qualifying as a specialist in 2022.

His training is grounded in reconstructive microsurgery and complex tissue repair — experience that shapes a careful, structure-led approach to aesthetic work. Alongside his clinical training he completed a Master's degree (MSc) in Cosmetology at Hacettepe University's Department of Pharmaceutical Technology.

After serving as a specialist at Tokat State Hospital between 2023 and 2024, he moved into private practice in Istanbul, focusing on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body. His work is supported by an active academic record of peer-reviewed publications, a book chapter and numerous conference presentations.
